Terms & Conditions for Field days, Workshops and Tours

What do my fees cover: For one day courses, the cost covers, where applicable, tuition fees, transportation to our photography locations and entry fees to National Parks. Your food and drink requirements are your own responsibility.

For two and three day Retreats, you have a choice as to how you would like to deal with the cost of accommodation and meals : you can elect to pay for your own accommodation and meals, or you can choose the package in which all accommodation and meals are included in your fee.

Travel: Most of the workshops require some amount of travel time, as different locations provide opportunities to practice different photographic techniques. Plus it is an opportunity to see beautiful landscapes. We endeavour to keep distances to a minimum so that there is maximum time for photography.

Registration, Booking and Payments: To secure a position in a workshop or retreat, you must apply by filling out the form supplied and pay the fee in full. A tax invoice is sent to you on receipt of full payment.

Refunds: Three Peaks Photography reserves the right to cancel and reschedule any workshop or retreat for any reason. Most often this is due to bad weather or instructor illness. If any workshop or retreat has to be cancelled by Three Peaks Photography then all fees are refunded in full or you may choose another date or workshop. If you need to cancel your attendance, you must notify us at least 14 days before the date of the workshop or retreat. Cancellations of less than 14 days will forfeit their payment. If we can fill your place you then may reschedule to a later date.

Liability, Insurance and Medical: The Landscape Photography Workshops and Retreats are often held in National Parks and Wilderness areas, which can present dangers and risks to participants in these courses. Three Peaks Photography will accept no responsibility for personal injury to any course participant during their time in one of our workshops. Nor do we accept responsibility for damage to equipment or property. Every participant must assess their own suitability, in terms of fitness and stamina, for the Course that they join. Medical and equipment insurance is your own responsibility. You must notify us of any medical condition that we should know about. All information is completely confidential.
